Lucky I'm not relying on them to tell me that Alibre is back in action. I never hear from them, not even at renewal time, except for the first email telling me that they were the new Australian agents.
I'm also not impressed with their renewal prices: I would much prefer to pay $400 US = approx $530 AUD than $695 AUD :!:

I had a talk to Michael at Applied Computer Systems.

He was cooperative in matching the Alibre pricing ... FX and plus GST of course.

I have no association ... called him because I did not like the fixed pricing that seemed to be the only option available from the other source.

The number was less; so I have decided to support that. For me (after my negotiations) the price was AUD$548 exGST.

Good luck ... lets hope we create the required dynamic to allow market forces to play.
