Hi,
Here's a BIG point learned and wanted pass onto everyone who imports 3D IGES or other format files from 3rd party sources;
Always, always, always use the Check Part tool on medium at least. I've had three assemblies screwed up that I've had to recreate because a stupid little IGES file of a screw I downloaded had a "Failed Edge". If I had only been checking the parts I imported I could have saved myself days of pointless diagnosing and re-creating assemblies. I've downloaded many 3D files and had no problem until I encountered this one recently.
