ISO VIEW DIMENSIONING

We need to have ISO VIEW DIMENSIONING in drawing view!!!!

Chris - I just tried it and in version 8.0 you can dimension some portions of iso views in a drawing. Diameters and radii apparently don't work, but simple linear components dimension just fine. I agree that it would be nice to have a complete dimension set available on iso views.

I third that.
This type of dimensioning is supporting in ASME Y14.41 as one of the defined methods. As a data set, iso view(s) on drawing along with the CAD data together are an effective alternative to a fully annotated CAD model or to a projected view drawing / CAD data.

I agree that this is needed. If I recall, I put in a suggestion for this feature. Sometimes all you need to do is print out a quick ISO with driving dimensions and you're done - at least that is my experience with Solidworks.
