I downloaded the file, requested key, nada. It hangs. I contacted support, was told to unistall and reinstall. I've done that many times, even tried a computer that never saw Alibre or KeyShot, same deal. I've made updates to my support ticket, no answer back in 4 days.
Am I doing something wrong? When the first screen comes up, I 'install key' and hangs Up. Any thoughts?
