Hello,
I upgraded from 1.9 (the limited version) to Keyshot for Alibre ($199) today and I am extremely happy that I did. The new KeyShot is faster on my system. This is both loading a BIP and rendering. The controls are easy to find after a little “looking around”. Obviously I don’t know at this time how to use the program at 100%, but I am already able to produce far better renderings than I could in 1.9.
I did a quick rendering of an assembly to a client to explain a dimensioning problem that I had with his prints. He was amazed that I went out and “machined” the parts to show him the problem.
Don’t know if I should tell him or not…….
