Keyshot Web 1.9 & AD 2012

Good afternoon,
I have Keyshot 1.9 and can't import 2012 stp files. I get a 'Keyshot_geometry.exe has stopped working' error.
Should this combo work?
Also, as I have AD Expert version, am I due an upgrade to Keyshot?
I only use Keyshot very rarely, usually to show the sales folk what I mean, my company aren't willing to fork out on the full package.

Make sure Keyshot is enabled in the Add-on Manager, then try export as .bip from Alibre for use in keyshot.

It is possible you may be due an update to Keyshot - I'll put in a query ...
