Once again I am experiencing loss of dimensions in 2D drawings.
I have a cross section of a single-cylinder engine and I switch between it and the assembly model as I fix design errors. If I dimension a part and then move to the Select arrow, that dimension or a number of dimensions may/will disappear.
This caused me some real problems back in version 9 and I had to republish a drawing set because so many dimensions would disappear just by opening the 2D drawing and I didn't catch the problems because the 2D drawings had already been checked.
I think we've taken a giant step backwards here.
Add that to the dimension tasks that simply won't work because the underlying code doesn't support them and this is a real can of worms.
As always, I find that moving the DWG file to AutoCAD will solve the problems quite nicely, much as I dislike the multiple steps and time waste.
