Lost Drawing Section View Detail

I have a couple drawing details that I was able to originally create section views showing centerlines and hatch but after making changes to the corresponding parts on the model and updating the details in the drawing, I've lost center lines and cross-hatching and cannot get them to re-appear (Section view is just a basic outline). I've even deleted the section view on one detail and recreated it, and still not center lines and hatch.

What gives?

I have not renewed maintenance but I'm running GD 2015.1.1

Have you saved the models with the same configuration active as that used in the drawing?

Ideally this shouldn't matter - but it does. If active config of model doesn't match config used for drawing, it won't update entirely correctly.
