Materials & Vault (M-Files)

i think I lost some fundamental functionality .... or is there any chance or possibility to bring back the linkage between materials and the (or any) M-Files property ?

With a new part, the defined material gets saved to M-Files. It also overwrites any existing value in M-Files. I assume you were like me and had a common steel type in the model but put the actual steel type in M-Files, which the drawing used. This will now cause existing drawings to change to the default material in the part, so now we will have to manually correct the material in each model for each drawing as we modify them.
