Menu disappearing

Has anybody else had a problem with the menus disappearing? Software has been working perfectly for years - this started happening last week. I have removed/reinstalled - still the same.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried resetting your User Profile?

Do you mean they disappear during use, or that they don't appear when you first open?

For the latter uncheck 'hide menu' in System Options -> Display -> General
