Mirroring Sheet Metal Part

Is there a way to mirror the attached Sheet Metal Part? I can mirror the features to create a mirror of the Part but then "cutting" or removing the features mirrored presents issues - I tried the "Dimple Cut" which removed the flat areas but left the "cylinders" of the part even with a 1" "cut" from the "flat" side.

Or do I have to create the Left and Right Hand separately? Help was not helpful.

Create your sheetmetal part save. Create new normal part (not sheetmetal) do a boolean unite of your sheetmetal part, scale/mirror, save. Voila
