Modifying dimension style scaling.

I would like something used in some cases for scale modeling where there are large assemblies and finished drawings but where a scaled dimensioned print is needed.

I would like to be able to change the scale of the dimension style thus changing the entire sheet dimension without modifying the part data.

Say for instance I draw an entire car at 1:1 scale. All prints are made for each componite and assembly. However we would like to make a complete 1/5 scaled car. If I could simpy modify the dimension style to where the dimensions are 1/5 then the drawing could just be printed without any other change.

AC has this ability as well as a few others CAD programs.

I would think the only way to currently do this is to scale the part first. Not ideal, but since parts are usually build actual size in 3d it doesn't happen often.

Thats the only way I can tell there is now. However there are model builders out there that could use this for sure. Just change the dimension scale and there is a new set of prints.

I do this in AC now.
