Need guidance on creating 3D sketch

I am asked to create a 3D model from this 2d drawing.
Knowing to make a 3D sketch but I have no idea how to do this.
Any help would be nice.

You gonna have to be more specific, not sure what you mean.

Looking at the org. drawing the radius from the handle to both bases should be the same (radius 55mm
mAbe my interpertation of the orgigional drawing is wrong.
