Waaaay off topic I know, but does anybody remember 'Knoblets'..?
They are (were) knurled plastic caps that pushed on to socket head cap screws, (and hex head too, I seem to remember), instantly transforming them into a really handy thumb screw. You could get round knurled, wing type, scalloped etc. and they were really very useful.
I can't remember who made them and the nearest thing I can find these days is the 'Press-Loc' from Micro-Plastics Intl.
I suspect I'd have to buy more than I'd ever use. Anybody aware of a (UK) supplier of small quantities for metric screws?
