Ordinate Dims of Circle???

Is there an easier way to add ordinate dimensions on a circular plate as shown? I have to go in and manually draw in and constrain the two lines as shown in the second image.

Should just be able to click anywhere on the circle and Alibre will assume you want to dimension to the centerpoint, no?
