Owner appearing twice in assembly equation editor under different equation names

Can anyone explain how the same assembly constraint appears with two equation names ? Is it the two planes that form the angle ?

It looks like you have two angles (A5 and A6) with the same owner - did you do an angle constraint with a minimum and maximum limit? If you desire it to be specifically 90 degrees then select the radio button for Angle instead of Limits.
