Parts importing transparent, is there a fix?

I have a particular part that imports semi-transparent... Is there a way to correct this?

What version are you running? Did you do anything other than open it?

I have experience this same condition on compound fillets. If you look closely it appears that the surface is missing on the top side only and this exposes the interior. Try re-modeling the top surface area. Possibly the edge fillets are causing the problem.

I have recreated the entire part,
because a lot of overlaping extrusions/Intersections..are in your part.
It works much better with one closed Sketch/Outline -> Extrusion or Cut...
