Parts Library where are you?

I am running Expert 2012 64 bit and there is no library like in the 32 bit version. I also am in the US and still using US Customary units. In 64 bit all I have is the TraceParts Library that was created in Europe and it seems all are in SI. In addition, you have to have an internet connection to use it.

Does anyone know where I can get a parts library like in the 32 bit version????????

The Part Library can be accessed via a browser interface (e.g. for use on 64 bit systems) - Alibre support or your reseller can provide the link. The 'built in' version of the part library also requires an internet connection to work.

Yes, I have seen that. What I want is a library that resides on my computer or in the "cloud".

The Alibre Part Library resides on Alibre's own servers ('in the cloud'), regardless of if you access it via web browser or via the 'add-in' interface. So that would seem to 'fit the bill' for you requirement .
