This seems to be new / worse in V23 than in prior versions. Should we expect this also in V24?
I am not sure if there is a setting for this or not. Makes no sense to me to have a setting, but..........
OK here is a view of a set of stairs and a mezzanine railing. Look at the C-channel and you will see the shadow of the stair tread supports showing through. This view is not from "that" far away that I would expect the shadowing.
And, it is not only that.... the parts seem to be SELECTABLE right through the C-channels, at a closer view than that. I don't know just how close it has to be to go away. I mentioned this before, and not much in the way of informed comment was made.
The blue line on the upper flight of stairs is the edge of a stair tread support that is being selected through the C-channel. The channel is what was wanted, but the tread hardware keeps intruding. (screenshots do not seem to include the cursor, which is right in the same area, naturally).
