PDF line weight issue

Today when I tried to publish a pdf it added these super heavy line weights. I just updated to v23 and using legacy display settings and PDFill. It seems to me I saw this problem on the forum before but I couldn't find it.

What makes the lines in the line drawing so thick?

I turned off legacy display setting. The preview looks different ...

....but if I publish it it's still the same.

Yes, this has driven me crazy for a while. When they implemented the new HOOPS graphics, it changed a lot of lineweights in my drawings.

Have you tried changing the layer lineweights? Below are the settings I use with the new Alibre built-in PDF writer which I have found to be very good - particularly for shaded views like in your drawing. I don't use PDFill anymore.

Some users have found that a user profile reset resolves heavy line weights in drawing prints. (PDF or paper).

Thanks, I just reset user profile and now I don't have to change line weights for every file. I had to reset some of my system options because it changed those back to defaults.
