I've always designed photo-etched components having half-etched fold lines with the 'half-etching' on the inside of the bend.
A colleague insists the half-etched lines should be on the outside.
Good morning, instinctively, I'd agree as bending the other way, I feel, would tend to tear more of the fibres.
