Problem with a Loft Cut

I am trying to make a Loft Cut but not figuring out how. I get the concept of a profile and path. The profile for one side is on sketch Loft Cut Profile and the path is on sketch Wire Thru Hole Body. Ideally, the profile would be at the same angle as the path but the cut is only to feed wires thru so the cut being round vs oval isn't too important. I just do not get how to make the cut happen.

That is what I was after, however, I cant seem to get it to work. Here is a screen shot of the error I get

because there are 2 separate lines > or you close it with a line> or remove one line(side) & mirror it later. (note: line is little short, make it little longer)
