Problems with Keyshot licensing

Post OS reinstall:

Installed Keyshot, got it acivated and received license key from Luxion. Saved license key to My documents/Keyshot/doc and C:/Program Files/Keyshot. However if I am not connected to the internet then it tells me the following:

a) when using the my documents key I get the following message:
After that the license key missing from that folder! :?

b) when using the my documents key nothing happens, I just get the install license window.

Now this this worked in the past. Why not now? :x

^^ This is still an issue. Luxion support tell me its because permissions aren't set properly but I have full access.

Some issues in the past couple years due to the way windows has upped the security. Files and folders may not be yours to have permission even if you have full rights, the only user, the only administrator, etc. I have had several systems screwed up royally because of these updates. Make sure you take ownership.

Do you have Windows 8? If so do this
