Does anyone know of a place where i could get someone to Create my part in real life? It would be made of 2/8 inch thick aluminum about 14 inches long and 3 inches wide. if so how much do you think it would cost?

There are a number of prototype machine shops around but it is usually convenient to be physically close to them. You don't state where you reside nor the aluminum from which you want the part made and the accuracy & surface finish to which you want it machined.
