Reference Plane Size in 2D & 3D Sketch in Part Workspace

Is there a way to set the plane dimension size in Workspace Part 2D Sketch & 3D Sketch from specific units and Grid Space?
In the example below I do like 1 m as my existing grid space.

There is only one adjustment in the System Options

As Harold mentioned, the only control regarding plane size is to 'Force consistent reference geometry sizes'. If Yes is not selected on this option, the plane's bounding box will adjust to the size of the sketch placed on it or the face it is referencing.

I see that this is the only method to resize the plane. Sometimes it is difficult to start a new sketch with metric units, having such a small plane. Now I do a line measured close to the size of the Sketch and close it, then open it, so it helps me to resize the plane.

One simple trick could be inserting a cartesian coordinate system as an image. It's easy to scale to preferred size and use as preference instead of planes.
