Removing the background for Decals

Thre are some opportunities/possibilities/recources to edit or create own decals.

Here I want to show a low cost solution with Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2.

- Open the desired image: *.jpg...
- Browse to the Backround Remover
- Removing the Backround with the wiszard or manually
- Save as *.png!
- Now you can use that PNG image as a decal.

Removing background in INKSCAPE.

An Open Source vector graphics editor, with capabilities similar to Illustrator, CorelDraw, or Xara X, using the W3C standard Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) file format.

INKSSCAPE supports many advanced SVG features (markers, clones, alpha blending, etc.) and great care is taken in designing a streamlined interface.
It is very easy to edit nodes, perform complex path operations, trace bitmaps and much more.
