Second seat install is a trial license?

I have had GD V16 64 bit installed on a machine since it came out without a hitch. I am a legacy user who, I think, is entitled to two active seats. I installed GD V16 32 bit on another machine today, using my installation code that was sent to me for the first install of V16 (the only one I have), and it installed as a trial license which expires in 15 days. Is this normal?

I have filed a support ticker on this, but no response yet. Just curious if this is normal procedure.

Yes, this is normal if this is the first time you've installed Design on this system. The 15 day trial allows you to use any features your license may not have during this period such as Simulate. Once the 15 days is over you will have all the features your license entitles you to.
