Section View Icon is Constantly Ghosted

I am runing AD Personal Edition 2011. In 2D drawings the icon for section view (and for other views as well) is ghosted. Question is: how can I create a section view in a 2D drawing?

According to Alibre site, PE doesn't have the section view 2D feature.

You are advised to upgrade it to above packages.
