Alibre has a sheet metal parameters dialog which you set up for each part you create.
You can also enter data in the File Properties dialog.
You can however create a set of starting files for different sheet metal gauges that you work with. For example, I have a set of files that I created for using with different thicknesses of aluminum that have the K-factor, bend radius, etc. set for each one. I then use the appropriate file as the stating point for a new part and do a SAVE AS to the new part name so I don't overwrite the template file.
Note that if you need to change a material property after you start modeling it you need to edit the parameters of the part since you cannot switch out or drag-and-drop a new set of parameters into the one you are working on.
