I'm sure this must have been covered before but I couldn't find and answer..
What is the minimum length of a sketch line?
I know I can adjust the units for a part such that dimensions can be shown to 6 decimal places - so 0.000001 mm is the smallest I can easily define.
Does this mean the smallest line length is 0.000002 mm?
Does this also mean that if I have two disjoint points separated by less than 0.000002 mm that they are actually treated as the same point by Alibre?
I'm asking because one of the functions I use to generate gear tooth profiles uses an approximation method to determine some locations and I want to stop the routine as soon as the answer is 'good enough'.
