Sketch part of a circle.......rusty user

I'm not a full time user, just occasionally. If I ever knew how to sketch something like this, the knowledge is forgotten. Could someone give me some clues?
(The part with the segments of a circle) The OD on the one on the right is aprox. 5"

There are alot of ways that shape could be sketched. The first thought that comes to mind for me is to start with some concentric circles, and an X:

Then use the trim button to trim out the un-needed line figures:

Extrude boss, and fillet as needed:

Not a coincidence. I created the model and provided the ad_prt file as an example, to show the workflow used to create it.

I just remembered that I'm using the v27 beta, so unfortunately unless you are as well, you won't be able to open it. Apologies.

Not that matters, the feature is only a 3/16 plate welded to the end of a tube. The assemble is a weldment.
