SMFLNG_TAB_BENDPRT_FAIL: Unable to get bend part from tab.

I am getting this error while trying to flat pattern this part. If I try to individually unbend I getSMUNBEND_FAILED_TO_CHOP_GEOMETRY_INCONSISTENT: Unable to unchop in separate parts for Unbend, Self-intersecting body

I suspect its the interference at these points that is causing the problem ...



Probably one to let support look at and see 'why' it was allowed to be created without any cut/shear relief in the first place (when Flange<2> was added)!

Move the Unbend<9> up the feature tree and it seems that Sketch<3> used for Tab<3> is causing the problem for the unbend ...

You can use Sketch<2> of Flange<2> to create the tab shape instead of using Tab<3> ! i.e. just make the bent up flange (Sketch<2>) the same geometry as Sketch<3>. The problem is overlapping Flanges and Tabs trying to occupy the same space!

Thanks, it takes a little tweaking to make it hold out but it works now
