'Snap to' adjustment.

Hi, I there. Does Alibre have a 'snap to' option to be turned on? I mean a 'setting' where you can adjust how close a point or line can get to another before it automatically jumps to that line? I saw the one for 'snap to plane' in a set of rules, but is there one for a point and a line.
