I need to get an assembly step file to load as a "dumb solid" but retain the individual parts. Essentially we want a step file that retains each individual part to hide/suppress/measure, but loads from one file. The one file we load from cannot pull parts from anywhere else. I know this sounds contradictory, is this even possible?
