Strange highlight of constraint in explorer

As I was putting some finishing constraints on my design, one of the constraints showed up in the explorer with a green highlight (not italic, not the usual blue selectoin highlight). I couldn't find anything about this in the documentation? Anyone know what it is telling me?

Yes. That's the one!

I think it is an indicator that shows which Quick-Constraints are active, before confirmation. (Click on the green check mark)

That's what it was! It seems like every so often my constraints dialog box just disappears (and I can't seem to find a way to make it come back), and this is what apparently happened.

I run on a dual-screen setup, and it's mostly wonderful, but every so often I run into problems like this (happens with most of my other programs as well).
