Are there any stress testing tools that one can integrate with Alibre, or freestanding if not?

Do you mean tools to test your designs - e.g. Mechanical FEA?

see https://www.alibre.com/ecosystem-fea/

There are lots of other free-standing systems available, both free and commercial. It is an area where explanation of how to use the software can be severely lacking - many of the available tools are written by experienced stress analysts, for experienced stress analysts. In many cases even getting your model meshed can be a major challenge.

Don't purchase anything before trying the software out on a range of scenarios that you may need to test. Be prepared to spend many hours evaluating possible options.

Be clear about what you need to test for - it's easy to get a result out of FEA that isn't actually addressing the key weakness of the design.

I'm not particularly using any software for stress analyzing and simulation, but there is one caught my attention recently. check out PrePoMax. I think it uses Calculix in its core.
I tried the software to see its GUI and etc. It felt pretty neat.
