Toolbars not found

Can't seem to find how to add/modify toolbars. Instruction about using alt key or clicking on existing toolbar don't work.
Am I missing something??

Hmmm.... can't see those options anywhere... see attached pic of my "view" screen

Alibre Home>Utilities >System Options:Uncheck the hidden menu as show below.

Unless you have Atom3D, which doesn't support the menu bar.

I do have Atom3D... no menu bar for me, I guess.
