Trying to get new version activated.

Hi,
I just upgraded to the latest version. It told me that I have to renew my maintenance agreement first; but, I cannot get on to the website to do that. Forgot my user ID.
What can I do to get on to the website?

Not sure if they are closed for holiday hours, but if so you might be out of luck until they open.

I've always had the best luck getting ahold of someone there using live chat on their website.

Click on this little icon thing in the lower right corner..

You can always revert to previous version for now.

OR after verifying that maintenance date shown on Utilities Tab of Home Window has updated correctly, use 'Check for updates'.
