Unable to log into support

Could someone from support contact me because I can not log into the support page? I have changed my password but still cannot log in.

You don't need to log in to the support page. It just opens to the Support Ticket Entry page. or at least it does for me. But I have noticed that getting on has been taking a bit longer for some reason, it even affects the forum.
