v11.2 Install Issue

So I had my goofy brother wipe the harddrive on my laptop (see signature) after it got nailed by a virus, and right now I'm busy installing all my old games and software, including my seat of v11.2.

And that's when I ran into this. Sooo...umm...I'm out of ideas:

If laptop is running Win 7, make sure you have compatibility mode set to Vista SP2.

Check that you have a spare licence key allocation - if the disk was completely wiped (re-formated) then Alibre's systems will probably see it as a different PC (even if name is the same). You may have to ask them to disable an existing key.
