Vault Backup Does Not Work

I'm not sure how it is supposed to work exactly. Did you "Set Account..." to one that had read/write permissions on the network drive?
If you still can't get it to backup directly to the network drive perhaps set up a local backup in Vault Scheduler and set up another program to move it from local to network drives. If it always backs up to the same file name a program like that would be simple to write/find and schedule.

The AlibreVault-PC can only make backups on itself but NOT over the network on an other PC (Server).
I mean this is a bug.
Some of my customers works with this strategy and they want a solution as soon as possible.

Try M-Files support. http://www.m-files.com/eng/support.asp Send them an email and they will respond. They likely know more about it. Also as noted on the forums you can use Vault v5.0 even though it is not "officially announced" available for Alibre. Perhaps this has already been addressed?
