I agree that this should be a native feature, and I too would really like to see a more traditional Bézier curve interface, where there on-curve nodes in addition to off-curve nodes --- it makes positioning so as to achieve a specific dimension far easier.

FYI - Import and export svg was added to the right click menu of sketches in version 25.

Also Alibre has changed the forums numerous times over the years and broken many links.

Yes, it is simple and XenForo even has a find and replace addon available.
