Why different Flange Results

The two sheet metal parts are left and right sides. Alibre has created two different results where the top tab ends at the 3" radius. I do not know why. The Right Side (done first) result appears atypical which I cleaned up the arc.

The Left Side also appears atypical. One result or the other (wrong/incorrect or not) should be expected but not both.

You'll need to provide the missing items too - otherwise difficult to even begin to guess what you are asking about. Either add the part used in conversions, or produce a package file from the final items.

You have different settings for Bend Relief on the advanced tab of each Flange 4.

Relief settings corrected. There was some "lapanderværk".

That may be a partial answer, but if I delete that Top Flange and set the Advanced Parameter the same as the other as I re-create the Flange that does not create identical flanges. Maybe I set a hard parameter in earlier flanges?

The flange must start exatly where the 3" round end.
I had difficulties to set the strain relief figures, I had to redo the flanges,
first the relief has to be set up in >files>properties>......
May be there is a SW failure.
