Re-installed Keyshots per suggestions/Ticket instructions.
[the ticket closed at that point btw]

Keyshots does not recognize the licence key I was using.
No licence references to a keyshots licence on my account
There should be - I am running full AE 2011
My broadband/email sevice only provides a closed loop to a licence "link"
4 days now with this.

Unfortunately this is not something sales can help with. You must contact support in situations like this. We are working with Frank to get this issue resolved.

According to Luxion this error comes up if the you do not have permission to write to the folder that the screenshots are trying to save to. You'll need to edit the permissions or change the folder.

Thats really just a standard error message, im not sure why Luxion went that wording specifically. Thats what they're telling me it means, does changing the permissions fix the problem for you?

Software development! Just FYI specific error messages involve much more code, analysis, documentation internally and externally, user "beefs/praise", production hassle and time, time, time.

This problem has been resolved at 26 dec 2010 by a complete uninstal / new download / and fresh .lic file supplied via Alibre.
Theory about possible permissions errors now discarded.
No reason for the error has been suggested.
