If you are referring to those specific tools, then only some of them occasionally, though like other I never use Split Screen.
Just as when Microsoft introduced the Ribbon to Office back in 2007, we power users hated it, myself included. I used keyboard shortcuts a lot, and new the menu. As I got to know it, it became logical and beneficial. It made teaching others easier as well. Novices loved it. Now, a dozen years later, I love the Ribbon.
I admittedly don't use Alibre often, and I have never spent the time to become good with it. Therefore, the Ribbon is exceedingly helpful to me, versus the Menu which power and daily users would prefer. Any means to make the UI more user friendly garners you loyal customers as new users can learn user the graphical Ribbon, and if desired, transition to only the Menu.
I say keep it for those of use who are not daily drivers. Those who don't use it can always hide it.
