Can I cut gears on Alibre?

Can I put discs tangent to each other and drive shafts at a ratio established by their radii?

Is there a constraint that simply locks one surface to another (so far I'm liking the older system of constraints better)?

I can's seem to find any training on anchoring??

The first part in the assembly should be either anchored (RMB>Anchor Part) or constrained to the default planes, Origin or axes. To "anchor" one part face to another part face, use the Coincident constraint and RMB Show Reference Geometry on the parts you want anchored together to use their default geometry for constraining.
