How do I do this?

I am trying to make the features in sketch 3 and sketch 5 extrude slanted to the outer edge at a 30 degree angle. I don't know how to do this.

Could anyone please give me a suggestion.

Never mind. I figured it out.

Too bad you can't extrude along a plane as opposed to an axis.

Not sure what you ended up with but I recorded a short video to illustrate another method to get a true size tab extruded to the plate at the angle required.

A Plane's surface could be interpreted as an infinite number of directions - which is why it takes 2 intersecting planes to define an axis. That is unless you mean to use the plane normal as the direction - which in that case there is only one direction.
