Remove Alibre on a Old PC to tranfer to another PC

I too am trying to get rid of old computers before they crash. I have three licenses with Alibre 12.1 installed on my desktop, milling machine computer & laptop. Have emailed "sales" at Alibre twice now with no response.

Am I doing something wrong?

Is there something I am doing to cause them to ignore me?

Is there a more appropriate way to request this?

When did you email them? If it between Friday evening Texas time and now then its logical you haven't heard anything...

Have just talked to Support. They had no problem with my request.
