Revolution cut gives strange result

In the attacvhed part the revolution cut produces a cut that looks like a parabolic.
But the figure that cuts has no such line.
Am I doing something wrong??

Your sketch<5> needs to be radiating out from the axis, this is how your sketch is being rotated! ...



i.e A= Axis, SP = Sketch Plane

It looks that I am stilm doing something wrong with the chamfer.
Again I get a strange result so whats wrong here??

The 'point' of your chamfer sketch need to be the minor radius of the hex from the revolve axis. See my post #3 above!

And the sketch was also in the wrong plane
