I use both an old 3-button Microsoft Wheel Mouse and a 3DConnexion Space Navigator. The Space Navigator does most of the heavy lifting for model orientation and bringing up the radial menus but I use the 3-button mouse for the Alibre pop up menus and normal operations.

The Space Navigator is obsolete. It is now called the Space Mouse.
